Genosis plc ("Genosis" or the "Company"), a UK company focusing on consumer
products for reproductive health is pleased to announce that trading of its
ordinary shares on AIM commenced today.

At the issue price of 110 pence per share, the placing raised approximately #7
million for the Company (before expenses), and on Admission the market
capitalisation at the issue price is #17 million.

Evolution Securities Limited is nominated adviser and broker to the Company.
