  Block listing application in respect of Ordinary shares of 25p each in the   
                            capital of the Company                             

The Company announces that it has applied for the block listing of 200,000
Ordinary shares of 25p each. The application has been submitted in order that
the Company may be able to issue shares to current and former Directors in
accordance with the Company's share option scheme.
