Issue of Equity

The Company announces that after allotment by the Board it has today issued
6,000 ordinary 25 pence shares pursuant to the exercise on 3 March 2006 of
options held by Mr Peter Gray, a former director of the Company, under the
terms of the Company's Directors' Share Option Scheme. The issue price was �
1.675 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital is now 10,750, 220 ordinary 25 pence shares
of which 117,033 are held in treasury and thus the number of shares in
circulation is now 10,633,187.
