    The Ottoman Fund Limited (the "Fund")

    Resignation of Director

    On 26th March Mr Musa Erden tabled his resignation from the Board of the Fund, in order to take up a full time position, as previously
announced. This was accepted pending approval from the Jersey Financial Services Commission ("JFSC"). 

    The Fund subsequently received confirmation from the JFSC on the 17th June 2008 that Mr Erden's resignation had been approved.
