Return of Capital

The Ottoman Fund Limited is pleased to announce a return of capital of approximately GBP 27 million, or 20.0572 pence per share, payable to shareholders of record as of 16 May 2014. The shares are expected to trade ex-entitlement on 14 May 2014 and the share registrar expects payment to be made on or about 27 May 2014. This return of capital comprises the sale proceeds from the sale of Riva Land as announced on 6 February 2014.
