| (2) | The Form 4, as originally filed, incorrectly reported a grant of 8,062 restricted stock units. The correct amount of the grant is 4,121 restricted stock units. This Form 4A corrects that amount and also includes a corrected vesting schedule for the grant, which is reflected in Footnote 3. |
| (3) | 1,373 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 24, 2022; 1,374 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 24, 2023; and 1,374 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 24, 2024.
