Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: PK) (“Park”) will ring the
Opening Bell(R) at the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on
Wednesday, Jan. 11 to celebrate becoming an independent,
publicly-traded company. Following its spinoff from Hilton, Park
began “regular way” trading on the NYSE on Jan. 4 under the ticker
symbol “PK”.
Chairman, President and CEO, Thomas J. Baltimore, Jr., will be
joined by key members of Park’s senior management team on the
podium at the NYSE.
