Partners ATCO Frontec and the Fort McKay First Nation have been selected by
Suncor Energy to create and operate a more than 1,000 room accommodation complex
to support oil sands development north of Fort McMurray.

In addition to 1,148 rooms in modular units supplied by ATCO Structures, the
complex includes a dining room, games room, fitness centre, meeting rooms,
television rooms, laundry facilities and on-site parking. The complex, in place
for a one-year period, is expected to open on May 25, 2008.

"This first-time opportunity to provide accommodation and services to Suncor
builds on our existing business relationship with the Fort McKay Nation," said
Harry Wilmot, President ATCO Frontec. "A project of this magnitude significantly
increases ATCO Frontec's presence in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo
and once again demonstrates our proven capabilities in the camp services
sector."

Project construction and day-to-day operations will be managed by ATCO Frontec.
On-site construction services will be handled by the Fort McKay Group of
Companies.

"We are pleased to be working on another large-scale project with ATCO," said
Chief Jim Boucher of the Fort McKay First Nation. "Together, our project team
has the experience and resources to meet the accommodation needs of a large
energy-industry leader like Suncor."

The complex for Suncor is located on Fort McKay land across from Creeburn Lake
Lodge. The Creeburn Lake Lodge, located 65 kilometres north of Fort McMurray, is
the first joint venture between Fort McKay and ATCO Frontec. The initial phase
of the 500-room Lodge opened earlier this month and due to market interest,
evaluation is underway to consider doubling capacity to 1,000 rooms.

The Fort McKay First Nation is comprised of Cree and Dene people who have a
strong historical attachment to the region. Fort McKay is considered one of the
most progressive First Nations in Canada, and has established a wide range of
oil industry-based companies that provide employment opportunities and revenue
for the community. Visit www.fortmckay.com for more information.
