ATCO Structures & Logistics (ASL) today announced it is building and will
operate an accommodation complex in Estevan, Saskatchewan to meet growing demand
from the oil and construction industries.

The 202 room ATCO Lodge will be an "open camp" style accommodation for non-local
workforce. It will be the fourth ASL center of operation in Saskatchewan.

"A number of companies involved in the Bakken oil play indicated a need for
additional accommodation in the Estevan area," said Harry Wilmot, President,
ATCO Structures & Logistics. "Additionally, other economic indicators in
southeast Saskatchewan lead us to conclude that building an open lodge there
will be a win-win for both ATCO and the community."

While the oil industry in southeast Saskatchewan is primed for a busy 2010,
$1.65 billion in carbon capture and sequestration projects are also slated for
the Estevan area. Meanwhile, another $38 million is being invested in improving
and expanding two power plants, all of which is increasing demand for workforce
housing.

"We are currently taking bookings," said Wilmot. At the same time, we are
looking to hire staff to help run the lodge. It will employ up to 20 people."

The 35,000 square foot ATCO lodge is expected to open in March. It will offer
private rooms and three meals a day. There will also be a games room, fitness
centre and internet access. Accommodation will be available on a short or
long-term basis.

In addition to the lodge in Estevan, ASL operates the Creeburn Lake Lodge and
Barge Landing Lodge - in partnership with the Fort McKay First Nation near Fort
McMurray. Both provide accommodation to workers in the oilsands.

ATCO has been providing camps and related operational services for more than 60
years, including operational support to NATO in Bosnia, Kosovo and Afghanistan.
