ATCO Structures & Logistics (ASL) is expanding its network of operations into northern Ontario through an agreement to acquire the assets of Woodgreen Homes & Trailer Sales, based in Timmins.

"Establishing a presence in northern Ontario is very important to ASL," said Harry Wilmot, President and Chief Operating Officer, ATCO Structures & Logistics.
