ATCO Structures & Logistics Expands to Northern Ontario

ATCO Structures & Logistics (ASL) is expanding its network of
operations into northern Ontario through an agreement to acquire
the assets of Woodgreen Homes & Trailer Sales, based in
Timmins.
"Establishing a presence in northern Ontario is very important
to ASL," said Harry Wilmot, President and Chief Operating Officer,
ATCO Structures & Logistics. "The opportunity to bring our
excellence in camp services and catering, industrial noise control
and modular buildings closer to the mining industry is an exciting
opportunity."
Woodgreen has been operating in Timmins for more than 40 years.
Nineteen people are employed there.

providing timely support and service to our customers."
The Timmins branch is ASL's third Ontario location. The company
also has offices in Toronto and Ottawa.
