ATCO Structures & Logistics has won an Award of Distinction from the Modular
Building Institute (MBI). The award is for Restaurante Rucaray, a
restaurant/residence built and donated by ATCO to the restaurant's proprietor
following the February, 2010 earthquake in Chile.

"The earthquake that struck Chile just over a year ago destroyed many
businesses. Restaurante Rucaray served as a central meeting place for the
residents of Cauquences. ATCO wanted to support the community by rebuilding this
local social hub while the town was being reconstructed," said Louie Guglielmo,
ATCO's Deputy Manager in Chile.

The modern building, designed by architect Mathias Klotz, is 1,930 square feet.
It comprises a first floor restaurant that seats up to 50 people, a kitchen and
serving area. The second floor residence includes two bedrooms, kitchen,
bathroom, laundry room, living area and terrace. The third story terrace is used
as an overflow for the restaurant as well as an outdoor living area.
Contributions by Santander Banefe and the Ministerio de Vivenda also helped to
get Restaurante Rucaray operational.

The MBI's Awards of Distinction are judged on three criteria: architectural
excellence, technical innovation, energy efficiency and cost. ATCO won the award
in the category of Permanent Modular: Retail or Hospitality.

ATCO was also recognized with honourable mentions for the following:

- Permanent Modular Healthcare - a health care clinic in Santiago, Chile

- Temporary Modular under 5,000 sq. ft - a well site accommodation near Grand
Junction, Colorado

- Marketing Piece - a sales brochure for ATCO's blast resistant buildings
