Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BHV) ("Bellhaven" or the "Company")
announces that Mr. Patrick Highsmith has tendered his resignation as Chief
Executive Officer and Director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr.
Highsmith will continue working through April in order to help effect a smooth
transition of all corporate matters. He will also serve in a consultancy role
for a period of time.


Bellhaven thanks Mr. Highsmith for his efforts and dedication during the period
of time he was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company and
wishes him the best in his future endeavors.

equivalent grade of 1.0 g/t (based on a 0.30 g/t Au cutoff grade). The Company
is currently seeking to grow these resources through ongoing exploration on the
