Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BHV) ("Bellhaven" or the "Company")
announces that, further to its news release of October 24, 2013, the Company has
closed the initial tranche of its private placement, issuing 2,550,000 units for
gross proceeds of $127,500. In connection with the closing, the Company issued
156,000 broker warrants and paid finders' fees of $7,800. 


All securities issued in the initial closing are subject to a hold period
expiring March 19, 2014.
