Shareholders Results
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Mar 27, 2014) - Urbanimmersive
Technologies Inc. ("Urbanimmersive" or the "Corporation")
(TSX-VENTURE:UI), announced today the results from its annual and
special meeting of shareholders held on March 27th, 2014. A total
of 14,105,525 common shares, or 78.08 % of Urbanimmersive's issued
and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the
annual and special meeting. Shareholders voted in favor of all
items of business, including the election of each director nominee
and the ratification of the Corporation's existing stock option
plan.
