Air Date Set for Standard Pacific/HomeAid America Episode of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Two homeless families now have a new home, thanks to Standard Pacific Homes and HomeAid America, who teamed with ABC-TV's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" to build a new duplex in just 7 days. On Sunday, February 13, 2005 at 7pm, Pacific and Eastern time, and 6pm Central time, a special two-hour episode will tell the story of how literally hundreds of people -- from staff members to subcontractors, friends and family -- donated seven days of their lives to make a difference in their world and in their community. Standard Pacific's Denver division built this duplex in partnership with HomeAid America, a non-profit organization that provides transitional housing, job counseling and support to homeless families. The November building of the duplex was captured by the hit television series "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" to help raise awareness and lend support to the effort.
