DETROIT, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Axle &
Manufacturing Holdings, Inc. (AAM), which is traded as AXL on the
NYSE, today announced that AAM's Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO,
Richard E. Dauch has extended his Employment Agreement to serve as
CEO of the Company until December 31, 2009. Mr. Dauch will also
continue to serve on AAM's Board of Directors as Chairman. "The
