This is very interesting when put into the context that the two companys are looking to create products from renewable sources such as corn instead of petrochemicals.

DuPont are the no.2 producer of chemicals and T&L are huge in sugar.

Its being called DuPont Tate & Lyle BioProducts, which will be jointly owned 50/50. HQ in Wilmington. Del.

To summerise another story which reads ''Biomass fuel ''could fill 15% of electricity needs'' is I feel not unconnected. The link is at the top.

But sugar fuels for automobiles, is that possible? Biomass into electricity, then fuel cells into auto''s I could see.

Ive had it with fossil fuels, cant wait for oil to go the way of coal.
