Australia's IGO Ltd. said it is exclusive negotiations to buy Glencore PLC's CSA copper mine.

IGO said discussions between the companies are incomplete and that it's continuing to conduct due diligence as part of an ongoing sales process.

"IGO has made no decision and nor has it entered into any definitive acquisition agreement with respect to CSA," IGO said.
