London, 6th December 2022 - Consort Healthcare (Tameside), a project company for the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) concession contract to design, construct, finance, maintain and manage the lifecycle costs of new hospital facilities in Tameside for the Tameside & Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (the "Trust"), notifies about the adjudication referenced in the Company's previous announcement on 13 July 2022.

The Company and the Trust have agreed a stay of the aforementioned adjudication until 3 March 2022 to facilitate discussions to take place to negotiate and agree a resolution of the dispute between the parties regarding alleged defects in the Tameside hospital.

Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.
