Resignation of Director

Swan Housing Association Limited as Shareholder of Swan Housing Capital plc ('the Company') wish to announce that Jeremy Vickers has resigned from the Board of the Company effective 30 September 2022 and is leaving the business as planned following the completion of his fixed term contract. Mr Vickers does not hold any shares in the Company which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Swan Housing Association Limited.

Appointment of Director

Swan Housing Association Limited as Shareholder of Swan Housing Capital plc ('the Company') wish to announce that Elizabeth Sipiere has been appointed to the Board of the Company effective 1 October 2022. Elizabeth Sipiere is a Board Member and Shareholder of Swan Housing Association Limited.

The Company confirms that there is no other information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to this appointment.
