Final notification to investors in securities issued by Residential Mortgage 
Securities 11 Plc ("the Company")


In accordance with condition 5(e) of the terms and conditions of the Notes
issued by Residential Mortgage Securities 11 Plc, the Company announces that it
will repay all outstanding principal for all asset classes on 12 September 2005
being the Final Interest Payment Date. Therefore the amount of the principal
payable per note will be $19,570.00 for the Class A2 Notes and #2,845.00 for the
Class M1, M2 and B notes respectively. All interest payments are pursuant to the
original notification and no further interest will be payable on these 
securities from 12 September 2005.
