Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023
("2023 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Company announces that it
has made the following documents available to
shareholders:

The Notice of AGM can be found

The 2023 Annual Report and Accounts,
Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders who
have elected to receive hard copies. In

The AGM will be held at the offices
of the Company at 8th Floor, 138
