#5,500,000 Class C Mortgage Backed Floating Rate Notes due 2028
(ISIN XS0146007959)
(together the "Notes")

NOTICE HAS BEEN GIVEN in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notes
(the "Conditions"), that all of the outstanding Notes will be redeemed by the
Issuer on 15 June 2006 (the "Optional Redemption Date") pursuant to Condition 5
(d). The Notes will be redeemed at their Principal Amount Outstanding (as
defined in the Conditions) together with accrued interest to the Optional
Redemption Date.

An application shall be made by the Issuer to the UK Listing Authority
requesting that the listing of the Notes be cancelled.
