Final Redemption of Redemption Shares

Further to the announcement of the completion of the Tender Offer on 30 December 2016, the Board of the Company is pleased to announce that, on or before 31 January 2018, an amount in consideration for the final redemption of Redemption Shares based on their unaudited net asset value at 31 December 2017 is expected to be distributed to shareholders of the Company who participated in the Tender Offer. Such amount will be distributed to shareholders pro rata to their holdings of Redemption Shares, and their holdings of Redemption Shares will be reduced to zero. The unaudited net asset value of all the Redemption Shares in issue at 31 October 2017 was US$1,001,484.
