Bioganix plc announces that it has been informed that on 5 December 2007 Julian
Morgan (Finance and Commercial Director) sold 25,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 140p per share.  On the same date Mr Morgan's personal
pension scheme purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
140p per share.  There has therefore been no change in the beneficial share
interests of Mr Morgan.
