Technical Amendment

The Company refers to its announcement of 10^th April 2024 under Rule 2.4 of the Code ("Rule 2.4 Announcement") and clarifies that the highly preliminary expression of interest was received from WPEF IX Holding Coöperatief W.A. ("WPEF") in which two funds managed by Waterland Private Equity Investments B.V. hold 100% of the interests. Accordingly, all references within the Rule 2.4 Announcement to "Waterland" should be considered to have been to "WPEF". All other details within the Rule 2.4 Announcement remain the same.

Shareholders of the Company are advised that there can be no certainty that any firm offer will be made, nor as to the terms of any such offer. A further announcement will be made when appropriate.
