Change of name and TIDM

New Trend Lifestyle Group, an AIM Rule 15 Cash Shell company, is pleased to confirm that the change of the Company's name to Conduity Capital Plc has now been registered at Companies House.

Trading in the Company's shares on AIM is expected to commence under the new name, Conduity Capital Plc, and the new TIDM code "CCAP" with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 5 October 2020. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL number will remain unchanged.
