Exercise of Options / Rule 2.10 
 
 
Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 6,200,000 new 
ordinary shares in the Company following the exercise of options and warrants. 
Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 21 October 2009. 
 
 
Following this issue, in accordance with Rule 2.10 of the City Code on Takeovers 
and Mergers, CAMEC confirms that it has 2,877,832,753 ordinary shares of 0.1 
pence each in issue and admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London
