Cheerful Scout Plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist, announces that on 26 
March 2010 it purchased 200,000 of its own ordinary shares at 9p per share for 
cancellation. 
 
As a result of the above purchase, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 
7,837,500. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Cheerful under the FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
