   Availability of Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 
 
Further to the announcement of the Company's final results for the year ended 
30 June 2011 released on 27 September 2011, the Company announces that the 
report and accounts are now available on the Company's website 
www.eurovestech.com and are available from the Company's registered office, 29 
Curzon Street, London W1J 7TL. Copies of the report and accounts have been 
posted to shareholders today. 
 
A notice of annual general meeting accompanies the Company's report and 
accounts. The Company's annual general meeting has been convened for 10.00am on 
22 November 2011.
