Contract Orders and
Subscription Renewals
Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software
company specialising in digital
identities, today announces
further contract orders and subscription renewals,
in excess of $1.5m in value.
Amongst these orders and renewals,
Intercede is pleased to confirm the following:
·
a large US Federal Government order for MyID CMS,
totalling c.$0.6m in licence sales and associated support and
maintenance. The order also incorporates a subscription element
with third party embedded product;
·
enhanced professional services order, of more than
$0.8m, to an existing client in the US federal space to further
assist in deployment of a large scale MyID
CMS;
·
enhanced professional services order to an
existing client in the US federal space to assess and assist in a
future deployment of MyID CMS; and
·
a MyID CMS Enterprise licence order with an
existing European Bank.
These orders and renewals,
received via our partners, underpin the Group's
revenue for FY25 and contracted revenue backlog for future
years.
