Grant of
options
Oxford, UK - 28 March
2024: NIOX Group plc (AIM: NIOX)
announces that it has today granted options to the Executive
Directors (the "Options") over a total of 1,785,938 new ordinary
shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2024
Performance Share Plan (the "Plan").
The Options are exercisable at
nominal value over the same number of Ordinary Shares and will vest
on the third anniversary of the date of grant (the "Vesting Date").
The Options then remain exercisable until the tenth anniversary of
the date of grant subject to the rules of the Plan. Vesting is
subject to share price performance and the achievement of certain
strategic objectives.
