Notice of General Meeting

Further to the Company's announcement on 29 November 2023 regarding the potential acquisition of Rome Resources Ltd and subscription to raise raised approximately GBP1,275,000 million (before expenses) (the "Subscription"). Pathfinder has today published a circular containing a notice to convene the necessary General Meeting to seek shareholder approval to allot shares in the Company in connection with the Subscription (the "Notice").

The Notice will be posted to shareholders today, and is available on the Company's website at: www.pathfinderminerals.com .

The GM will be held at the offices of Fasken Martineau LLP, 6th Floor, 100 Liverpool Street, London EC2M 2AT on 21 December 2023 at 11.00 a.m.
