Reorganisation of US operations

SCOTTY is pleased to announce that it has completed a reorganisation of its US operations.

The Company's operating subsidiary in the US, SCOTTY Tele-transport Corporation of the Americas Inc, has been renamed SCOTTY Satcom Technologies Inc ("STTI") to reflect more closely the nature of the Company's business.

At the same time, the Company has relocated its US headquarters and systems integration facility from Atlanta, Georgia, to the AirScan C4ISR Center of Excellence on Space Coast Regional Airport, Titusville, Florida. Founded in 1989, AirScan provides a full range of airborne intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance ("ISR") services for government and private sector customers.

From its new base in Florida, and working closely with AirScan, STTI will continue to serve the North American commercial and military aviation community with innovative ISR systems and systems engineering, for both manned and unmanned aircraft.

SCOTTY's Chairman, Dr Ernst Wustinger, commented: "We are delighted to be working with AirScan, a well-established and respected company with a significant presence in the North American ISR market. This represents an important step towards SCOTTY's key objective of forming relationships with strategic partners in aviation markets and further develops our strategy of rationalising our operating costs."
