Change of control of investment manager

Sitka Limited, the investment manager of Sitka Health Fund VCT PLC, has been
acquired by part of Noble Group Limited.  The acquisition has the full support
of the board of the Fund and of the respective Sitka and Noble investment
management teams.  The existing team will continue to manage the Fund but will
benefit from Noble's broader support and enhanced deal flow.  Noble is itself an
active and successful member of the VCT community as a manager, administrator,
sponsor, fund raiser and broker.
