Nets A/S hereby announces that it has received notification pursuant to sections 38 and 39 of the Danish Capital Markets Act from Helium Fund, Helium Opportunités, Helium Performance and Helium Selection (the "Helium Funds"), which are all managed by Syquant Capital.

According to the notification received, the Helium Funds hold in aggregate 35,000 shares in Nets A/S, corresponding to 0.02% of the total share capital and voting rights of Nets A/S and CFD (equity swaps) with cash settlement, equal to 1,315,006 shares and voting rights and corresponding to 0.65% of the total share capital and voting rights of Nets A/S.
