PHOENIX, July 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Global Water Resources, Inc. (GWRS)  (the "Company") announced today that its board of directors declared, under its dividend policy, a monthly cash dividend on the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the amount of $0.022 per Share (an annualized amount of  $0.264 per Share), which will be payable on August 31, 2016, to holders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2016.
