reports today that there are no other corporate developments or undisclosed
material changes involving the Corporation to account for the recent rise in
stock price and increased trading volume.


FTI is exploring multiple opportunities for the company, however, FTI has not
signed anything with any of these companies nor has it implied any agreement
beyond the intent of further discussions with the various parties involved with
these opportunities.
