(Pink Sheets:GCLT) announces the company will complete its financial data and reporting for 2008 and 2009 within the next 30-45 days.  "We have engaged a Tucson audit firm and a Phoenix based C.P.A. to finalize our 2008, 2009, and first quarter 2010 financial statements with the purpose of becoming a fully reporting company and moving on to other reporting exchanges as soon as possible," stated CEO and President Raymond Desmond.

The company will upgrade its service status on the Pink Sheets to the Pink OTC Markets News service, which will provide the posting of current financials, attorney letters and press releases.  The Pink OTC Markets News service will be the beginning of  an upward mobility to make current information publicly available within the meaning of Rule 144(c) (2) and the company's securities.
