STOCKHOLM--Swedish broadcaster MTG AB (MTG-B.SK) said Wednesday it has completed the sale of its 80% stake in Swedish communications operator Zitius Service Delivery AB to TeliaSonera AB (TLSN.SK), following approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.

 
   MAIN FACTS:

-Zitius will be deconsolidated from MTG's accounts from the beginning of Jun.

-The transaction is expected to generate approximately SEK76 million of net gain.

-At 0718 GMT shares traded 0.4% lower at DKK300.70.
