M45 Mining Resources Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MRES) today announced that they have entered negotiations with a private group of owners to acquire a local resort in the Province of Quebec. The property up for acquisition already has been evaluated in its present state at twenty eight million dollars ($28,000,000.00). The project has potential in the development side with various opportunities and avenues.

With successful acquisition of this property M45 will have a new advantage in their portfolio. M45 still retains its current Mining Claims in Matagami, of which it holds four major zinc anomalies; these claims are owned outright. This however will be a diverse portfolio but a strategic advantage for the company in the way of assets.

Updates concerning this negotiation will be made public as soon as they become available. Upon completion of the transaction there will be detailed project plans shown on M45's website, detailing project concepts for future development. A team will immediately be hired by the company for the developments.
