Mr. Lepine brings a wealth of experience that will be critical for the success of the company and its new objectives. He has as studied extensively in the field of computer solutions and obtained his bachelor's in Electrical Engineering at the University of Sherbrooke in 1990. With Mr. Lepine's experience in working with many other large public companies as a software consultant and has successfully taken larger corporations to success. In effect, he is now interested in achieving such success for a company of his own.

Following this announcement, Mr. Andrea Cortellazzi stated, "In the light of these new developments, I am pleased with my decision to step down as President and CEO fully entrusting the company over to Mr. Lepine and his financial group."
