SL Green Realty Corp. (SLG) said Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) has signed a new 335,408-square-foot lease at 410 Tenth Ave. in New York.

SL Green in May acquired a controlling interest in the building.

New York City office landlord SL Green said Monday that it has signed about 1.2 million square feet of office and retail leases to date during the fourth quarter. This raises the total amount of office leases signed year to date to 2.3 million square feet.
