The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Holding in Company'
announcement released on 7 June 2000 at 15:11 under RNS No 8687L.

The second clause of the announcement should read '....., has today notified the
Company that it no longer has a notifiable interest in the Income shares of the
Company.' and not '....., has today notified the Company that it no longer has a
notifiable interest in the Capital shares of the Company.'  

All other details remain unchanged.
