    Result of EGM

    Cosmedia confirms that at the Company's EGM held earlier today the resolutions proposed to the meeting were passed, including the
resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM.

    Accordingly the ordinary shares of Cosmedia will cease trading on AIM at the close of business on 30 December 2008 and cancellation will
take effect at 7am on 31 December 2008.
