eServGlobal Announces Management and Board Changes.

Sydney 18 January, 2007

eServGlobal Limited (ASX: ESV and LSE: ESG), a worldwide supplier of
telecommunications Value Added Services solutions for Messaging and Charging,
today announced that Mr Roger Agniel is no longer Chief Executive Officer and a
Director of the company.

Mr Agniel became a director of the company in November 2005 and was appointed
Chief Executive Officer in January 2006.

Mr Ian Buddery, eServGlobal's Executive Chairman since September 2003, will
assume the CEO responsibilities immediately, whilst continuing as Executive
Chairman.

eServGlobal's Executive Chairman, Mr Ian Buddery, said, "eServGlobal has
substantially completed the integration of the Ferma SA business following the
merger in late 2005.  Regrettably, there were differences of opinion between the
board and CEO which lead to today's announcement.  We are grateful to Mr Agniel
for his extensive contribution to Ferma and subsequently eServGlobal, over an
eight year period in which the company achieved strong growth and a respected
place in the industry."
