eServGlobal Announces New Chief Operating Officer.

eServGlobal Limited (ASX: ESV and LSE: ESG), a worldwide supplier of
telecommunications Value Added Services solutions for Messaging and Charging,
today announced the appointment of Mr Laurent Lafarge as Chief Operating
Officer.

Mr Lafarge is an experienced Telecoms industry senior executive who was most
recently CEO of Netcentrex SA.  Before this he was Vice President EMEA and
Managing Director for Lucent Technologies France & Belgium for six years. He has
a 21 year track record of leadership within the high-tech industry, at companies
such as Control Data, Unisys and notably Hewlett-Packard, where he held several
positions in sales within the Telecom Business Unit. At HP, he also held senior
roles such as General Manager of Services & Support, and General Manager of the
Enterprise Computing Organization.
