LOAN AGREEMENT UPDATE

Further to the announcement dated 19 September 2012, the Board of Athol is pleased to announce that, on 31 October 2012, it received the GBP200,000 plus accrued interest due from Rivington Street Holdings plc as per the revised repayment terms. The remaining sum of GBP225,000 plus accrued interest is due to be repaid on 10 December 2012, whereupon Athol will release the charge it holds over the shares and the assets of Oilbarrel.com Limited.
