    Notification of transactions of Directors, persons discharging a managerial responsibility or connected persons

    In connection with the sale of shares of common stock to certain strategic investors, Shariah Capital, Inc. (the "Company") reports that
certain directors of the Company have completed transactions for which notification under AIM Rule 17 is required.

    In accordance with Schedule Five of the AIM Rules, the Company states as follows:
    (a)    The Company parties who participated in the sale of common stock were Eric Meyer (a Company director and significant shareholder)
and Joseph Gau (a Company director).
    (b)    The date that each transaction was effected was May 9, 2008.
    (c)     The class of shares sold were the common stock of the Company, in the aggregate amount of 200,000 shares (100,000 for each
person listed above).
    (d)    The price per share was $2.00 for 100,000 shares, and $2.10 for 100,000 shares.
