(1)	Each Restricted Stock Unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Simmons First National Corporation common stock.
(2)	1,254 Restricted Stock Units vest on December 16, 2022. SFNC shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting. Events such as retirement, death, disability and other specified events in the agreement may result in earlier vesting.
(3)	739 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 23, 2023. SFNC shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting. Events such as retirement, death, disability and other specified events in the agreement may result in earlier vesting.
(4)	678 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 24, 2023 and 679 Restricted Stock Units vest on February 24, 2024. SFNC shares will be delivered within 30 days of vesting. Events such as retirement, death, disability and other specified events in the agreement may result in earlier vesting.
